HLI-P12 is formulated for dry-in-place, stripline application to  galvanized steel and cold rolled steel.  Application is generally with reverse roll coating, although flood and squeegee application may be used.
  The single-package treatment produces a uniform, nonmetallic coating which improves adhesion, inhibits corrosion and increases the durability of paint finishes.  These substantial increases in the life of the paint result from the fact that the system provides:
  A.  A clean surface for paint.
  B.  A corrosion-inhibiting base for paint.
  The process does not include rinsing following the coating treatment which eliminates rinse water contamination and the need for treatment of the water.
